Precision Ceramic Components
Korecera manufactures custom precision ceramic components from customer drawings and specifications. Available in six primary technical ceramics: Alumina (Al₂O₃), Zirconia (ZrO₂), Silicon Carbide (SiC), Silicon Nitride (Si₃N₄), Aluminum Nitride (AlN), and Boron Nitride (BN). Component selection depends on function, material properties, geometry complexity, dimensional tolerance, surface finish requirements, and operating conditions. From prototype to production, each component is manufactured to drawing specification with full inspection documentation.

Material Selection
Select the ceramic material best suited to your component's operating environment. Each material offers distinct mechanical, thermal, and electrical characteristics.
Alumina (Al₂O₃)
High dielectric strength, excellent wear resistance, cost-effective for general industrial use
Zirconia (ZrO₂)
Highest fracture toughness among ceramics, self-lubricating surface, ideal for wear parts
Silicon Nitride (Si₃N₄)
High strength at temperature, thermal shock resistance, low density for rotating components
Silicon Carbide (SiC)
Extreme hardness, chemical inertness, suitable for aggressive media and high-wear applications
Aluminum Nitride (AlN)
High thermal conductivity (170-230 W/m·K), electrical insulation for power electronics
Boron Nitride (BN)
Excellent thermal shock resistance, low dielectric constant, non-wetting surface
