Drawing-to-Part Custom Ceramic Manufacturing
Submit your engineering drawing or CAD file — we deliver finished precision ceramic parts.
How It Works
Upload your 2D PDF or 3D CAD file. Our engineering team performs a DFM review and delivers a competitive quote within 24 hours.
From Drawing to Finished Part — Our Process
A streamlined workflow designed for engineering teams and procurement professionals
Drawing Submission
Upload your 2D PDF or 3D CAD file (.STEP, .IGS, .STL). Include material specification, surface finish requirements, and tolerance callouts.
DFM Review
Our engineering team evaluates manufacturability, identifies potential issues, and recommends optimizations for cost and lead time reduction.
Quotation
Receive a detailed quotation including unit price, tooling cost (if applicable), lead time, and inspection plan. Competitive direct-factory pricing.
Prototype Production
First article production with full dimensional inspection. FAI report provided for design validation before batch production.
Batch Production
Repeat production runs with consistent quality. SPC data available upon request. Full material traceability and OQC documentation.
Inspection & Delivery
100% inspection per agreed quality plan. CMM reports, surface finish measurements, and visual inspection included. Secure packaging for global shipping.
Accepted File Formats
All files are treated under strict NDA. Your designs remain confidential.
Machining Capabilities
- CNC milling and turning (3-axis, 5-axis)
- Precision surface grinding and lapping
- Cylindrical grinding (ID/OD)
- Diamond drilling and micro-machining
- Thread cutting (internal/external)
- Surface polishing to Ra 0.02 μm
- Metallization and thick/thin film coating
- Full CMM inspection and FAI reporting
Available Ceramic Materials
We machine all major technical ceramics — select the material that matches your application requirements
What to Include in Your Drawing
For accurate and fast quotation, include the following information
Dimensions & Tolerances
Critical dimensions with geometric tolerances (GD&T). Include nominal values and acceptable ranges.
Material Specification
Specify ceramic type, grade, and purity level. If unsure, our engineers can recommend based on application.
Surface Finish Requirements
Specify Ra values for critical surfaces. Standard as-machined finish is Ra 0.4-0.8 μm; polished to Ra 0.02 μm available.
Quantity & Timeline
Prototype quantity and target production volume. Include required delivery date for scheduling.
